Bat Captured and Removed in Green, Ohio
At this time of year you may think bats have migrated to areas where they hibernate, but bats are still very much active.
Yesterday I captured this little brown fuzz ball in a living room in Green. The patio door was left open while the family pet was doing its business and the bat swooped in.
Many migrating bats looking for day roosts will fly in through open windows, doors, and garages. Usually these traveling bats don’t intend to stay. Unfortunately they often become disoriented and can’t find a way out of your home.
