A Great Review
For this week’s blog, we’ve decided to share a letter we recently received from a customer who had a squirrel problem.
I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the outstanding experience I had with Frontline Animal Removal in regards to the squirrels that you were able to remove from my home, enabling me to sleep peacefully once again. I use the word “experience” because that’s what it was. I never at any point felt like just another customer or that my very stressful problem was just another job to your company. From the moment I first called all the way through the completion of the removal, my problem was treated individually and sincerely.
I can honestly say that Frontline is the best at what they do and I have no problem recommending your company to anyone and everyone with animal infestation issues. I know this because after unsuccessfully trying to trap the squirrels myself, I hired a company expecting them to be the professionals they claimed to be. Unfortunately, they were not. They were only concerned with generically and non-strategically setting traps in odd areas and charging me an outrageous amount of money for nothing. No site evaluation. No concern for the actual root of the problem and no desire to truly bring an end to my squirrel infestation. The owner actually sent his 17 year old, still in high school, son to my house to set traps on my roof that is 30+ feet in the air. That wasn’t what I expected from a company that advertised themselves as “licensed professionals with over 20 years of experience”. Ultimately, there were no results and I still had my problem. Or at least I had one less problem after I fired the so called “professionals”.
Based on a strong recommendation from a co-worker (who also gave me a copy of the Akron Beacon Journal article featuring your company), I contacted Frontline Animal Removal. I thoroughly valued and appreciated the fact that the Frontline rep who came to my home surveyed the entire roof (and associated areas) and found the source of the problem instead of arbitrarily setting traps in common areas “hoping for the best”. Afterwards, pictures were taken of the squirrel-caused damage and e-mailed to me. You followed up with phone calls and had a genuine concern that the problem was resolved and all of the squirrels were gone from my attic before you executed the repairs to the roof. Afterwards, you gave me insight and advice on how to avoid another problem in the future and precautions that I needed to take.
Thanks again,
Justin C.

(A huge thank you to you too, Justin!)
Interacting with our customers is definitely one of the best parts of being a service business! Positive customer feedback makes the job that much sweeter.
We do love it when people have good things to say about our customer service and results. However, we haven’t had a “Testimonials” section on the website recently, as we generally want to come across as information providing professionals rather than self-promoters. Honestly, how many times have you seen a business post a negative view of itself on its website?
Perhaps it is time to bring back the “Testimonials” section.
A Squirrel Removal Pictorial
Here’s the main entry point for the squirrels at Justin’s house. This hole did not pop up overnight and must be addressed. A thorough inspection is the only way to formulate a plan for solving the animal problem.
The goal is to trap the offenders and remove them from the area. If this hole was simply sealed off, the offending squirrels would just find or make another way in. Multiple styles of traps are utilized to target squirrels on this roof.
Once the trapping has concluded, any weak areas must be shored up. Here, the main entry point is sealed. Once the damaged shingles are replaced, this corner will be squirrel proof and cosmetically appealing again. Just trapping the squirrels without the repair does nothing to stop other curious squirrels or birds from moving right back in.
