Mother Raccoon and Babies Captured in Bank
Banks are known for their high security. Nevertheless, a masked bandit slipped into a bank in Green, OH this past weekend undetected.
Rather than take any anything, however, the bandit made an unusual deposit inside a wall in the bank.
Bank staff heard some odd noises coming from a wall and an investigation revealed the presence of a mother raccoon and a litter of six.
Ryan, instead of the Summit County Sheriffs and FBI, responded and took the perps into custody.
In order to do so, he had to make a hole in the wall to get the recently-born raccoons out. The sow raccoon was rounded up as well; not always an easy task in a confined space.
Guess we’re lucky it wasn’t in the vault.
We were expecting to find the first litter of the year soon, but certainly not in this fashion!
Time For Raccoons to Give Birth
All joking aside, this is a good example of just how unique removing nuisance wildlife can be.
As raccoons begin to birth the litters are placed in attics, walls, and other voids. Getting to them is often a big part of the removal challenge.
If you are in the Canton / Akron / Kent area and believe you have raccoons (adults or babies) living in an attic or other void space, give the professional nuisance wild animal operators at Frontline Animal Removal a call.
