Flashing Issue Invites Guests

Ryan recently visited a home where he found a very rusty piece of flashing.

As the flashing disintegrated, more and more water damaged the wood below.

Birds and squirrels then found the area and clled it home.

This is a very typical scenario:  A problem with the home’s exterior that goes on too long and eventually needs addressed because of animals.

For the squirrels, traps need set and squirrels need removed.

Once they are all out, the damaged area and flashing need replaced.  this is the only way to keep animals out long-term.
