Its been a while since we’ve added any new content related to mole trapping.

But, yes, we still offer mole trapping as one of our services!

In fact, with the wet spring, Jeff has been steadily keeping customers’ mole damage in check with trapping visits.

Since it has been a while, it’s probably best to review what mole trapping is all about.

Why Hire a Mole Trapper?

Moles are tunneling animals that eat worms and insects.

As they tunnel, the excavated earth usually goes up to the surface at certain intervals making mole mounds.

This picture shows some pretty obvious mole damage.

Mole trappers are hired to keep moles in check, thereby reducing the damage.

If a newly present mole can be removed just as the damage starts, the homeowner who doesn’t want a bunch of mole mounds or tunneling can stay ahead of the problem.

How Are Moles Trapped?

Moles are trapped by locating the tunnels moles use to travel and placing traps in the tunnel.

Then, when a mole uses the tunnel its path of travel leads into the trap and the mole is no more.

This trapping takes place underground in the mole runs.
