No Pipe!

Our inspection services are offered to provide you with the information of what is going on with the strange noises, activities and smells you are experiencing.  This information can lead to a plan to solve and issue and, ultimately, peace of mind.

The best way to find out what’s going on is to take a close look at the house and see if there are any signs of animals or ways for animals to get in.

Inspections reveal a lot!

Sometimes the problem is very obviously tied to an animal.

But, often an inspection for animals reveals problems with the construction or maintenance of the home that really need to be addressed.

Inspection Gives Insight

When the suspected animal problem is not obvious to the homeowner we:

Ask lots of questions: This is pretty obvious but learning as much about the problem is the important first place to start.

Things we’ll ask about include:

  • Frequency of noise/sighting
  • Time of day
  • General location
  • Quality of the noise
  • Previous animal problems and efforts taken to combat them.

Take a look:  Again, this seems obvious, but a thorough inspection is the bread and butter of gaining nuisance animal problem knowledge.

There is really no substitute for doing a walk around and setting up the ladder to get on the roof.  When Ryan goes out to inspect he uses all of his senses.

Example Inspection | High Traffic Raccoons

Take for example the following video Ryan made at a recent inspection.  In this video you’ll see he is on the roof of a large building.  Up there, he finds lots of damage and signs of raccoons.  This building has an extensive raccoon issue.  And though it was ultimately suspected by the owners, much of the damage cannot be seen from the ground.  This let the problem grow.

With Ryan up there, the scope and details of the issue are not known.  The information of what is going on can now inform the actions to remedy the situation.  Regular inspections (like a tune-up for a car or regular chimney cleaning) can minimize issues long-term.

Wildlife Inspection Services for Real Estate Transactions

Homes and properties that are being bought and sold usually have an inspection.

What we’ve found is that many home inspectors/inspection services often neglect/overlook issues that nuisance animal professionals would find.  Obviously, not all home inspections are created equal and some inspectors do consider nuisance animals in their inspections.  Still, if you are buying or selling real estate and have concerns about nuisance animals, Frontline Animal Removal offers a thorough inspection for wildlife with consideration for building issues that may exist.

Ryan sees and points out all kinds of roofing, gutter, venting, and masonry issues to homeowners as he is looking for animals.

Watch the following video as he describes how his inspection services are of value when buying or selling real estate.
